Vera Koh graduated from Curtin University in 2003 and has obtained the Master in Manual therapy from University of Western Australia. She’s worked in a major hospital in Singapore and has had experiences treating musculoskeletal conditions in both public hospitals and private clinics in Perth. One area of interest is the neck. Her recent experience with post mastectomy and cancer patients at the hospital exposed her to treatment of lymphoedema (swelling of the arm or leg caused by obstruction of the lymphatic system) and thereby developed her interest and skills in lymphoedema. She went on to further train under Dr Vodder School International to complete from basic to level 3 of Manual lymphatic drainage and combined decongestive therapy. She’s also a registered national lymphoedema practitioner on the Australasian Lymphoedema Association.
