Suitability for Walk and Talk Therapy will be thoroughly assessed prior to commencing. AND *Telehealth Australia Wide. * Eligibility for Medicare rebates may apply for those who have a GP approved Mental Health Treatment Plan. *Private Health Insurance may be applicable in some circumstances and depending on level of cover. *Self-referrals and private-fee-paying referrals are welcome. Sharon has almost four decades of service and support to humans via educator, training, and leadership roles, including 23 years in private practice as a psychologist (South Australia). All services are offered via an integrative psychology framework utilising evidence based psychological therapies + additional training in nutrition, yoga, mindfulness, meditation, breathwork, and group facilitation. All therapeutic strategies are explored in the context of the biological, psychological, social, environmental, ecological, cultural, and spiritual factors impacting on an individual's mental health and general wellbeing.

  • Psychologist in Clinical Practice registered with: Psychology Board of Australia (PsyBA), Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), Member of Australian Association of Psychologists Inc (MAAPI), Australasian Menopause Society (AMS), & Medicare Australia.
