Sarah is a Registered Psychologist experienced at working with young children, adolescents, adults, and families across both metropolitan and regional areas. She has gained experience across a range of presentations including anxiety, depression, loss and adjustment, trauma, interpersonal difficulties and stress management.
Sarah has a warm, empathic, collaborative manner with a strengths-based approach, supporting clients to achieve their goals. She draws on a number of therapeutic approaches, including Cogntive Behavioural Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Mindfulness.
