Robyn Kennaugh

Physiotherapist

Robyn is an accomplished physiotherapist with over 30 years of experience, specialising in sports medicine rehabilitation and helping people "age well." She began her journey with a Bachelor of Science in Anatomy from the University of NSW, followed by a Postgraduate Diploma in Physiotherapy from Cumberland College. Her career spans decades of practice in private clinics across NSW and Queensland. In 2009, Robyn expanded her focus by working with military veterans, where she integrated physical and psychological rehabilitation approaches. Her research, entitled “It’s not how old you are; it’s how you ARE old”, reflects her commitment to helping people of all ages maintain physical strength, social connection, and a meaningful life. Outside of work, Robyn enjoys swimming, working out, reading, and spending time with her family. She is dedicated to helping individuals navigate the challenges of ageing with optimal health and well-being.
