Sam is a Registered Psychologist who works with adolescents and adults in to help them navigate life’s challenges and create meaningful change. He has experience in supporting clients through a range of difficulties, including anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, anger management, workplace stress and burnout, and relationship challenges.
Sam’s therapeutic approach is client-centred and tailored to each individual, drawing on evidence-based therapies such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
Sam works collaboratively with clients in a supportive and non-judgmental space, helping them develop strategies to manage life’s challenges and improve overall wellbeing. Taking a strengths-based approach, he helps clients to better understand themselves and make positive, lasting changes in their lives.
