10 years’ experience in group fitness and instructing which continues to be a passion. Trained in Kinetic Control Lumbar Spine, acute physiotherapy, adolescent’s injuries and k-taping, DMA Clinical Pilates Rehabilitation and muscle energy technique, along with refresher courses in cardio-respiratory and neurological physiotherapy. Committed to client’s achieving their lifestyle and health, wellness, fitness and recovery goals.
