Therapeutic Style:
I describe myself as a ‘patchwork practitioner’, recognising that we are all unique, and our mental health supports should reflect that. I work collaboratively with my clients to explore their personalised mental health journey and toolkit, and adapt my approach with evidence-based treatments to suit every individual’s needs and preferences.
Modality & Approach:
My approach to practice is client-centred and strengths-based, working with each person to explore their own journey with mental health.
