Rosemary Stone is a Clinical psychologist,
Member of APS College of Clinical Psychologists.
A psychologist for over 30 years, Rosemary has considerable experience in working to assist people with a variety of individual and relationship difficulties.
She has particular interest and expertise in the following areas:
Relationship and couple therapy;
Parent/child difficulties;
Mental health and personality problems;
Trauma, loss and grief;
Sleep problems (insomnia).
In her work, Rosemary draws on therapeutic
modalities including ACT; CBT; Mindfulness, and Schema Therapy. Her aim is to help people to understand the processes that contribute to psychological and relationship distress, to identify and communicate their feelings and needs and to work towards resolution, developing acceptance and compassion in their relationships with others and with themselves.
