Jessica is a general registered psychologist with experience in both therapy and assessments. Jessica works with adolescents 12+ and adults. Jessica’s main areas of interest include: Anxiety Disorders Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) Trauma Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) Depression Perinatal mental health Grief and Loss Background Jessica has worked in private practice since 2021, she also has experience working with adolescents in the child protection system, helping vulnerable young people understand trauma, develop coping skills and delivering psychoeducation.
