Dr. Pree Benton is a registered Health Psychologist with a special interest in anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, eating disorders, and health related issues such as living with a disability. She works with her therapy dog, Harlow, who assists clients to feel at ease in the therapy room. Dr. Benton uses a range of treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness, Compassion Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy and Schema Therapy. For her work with eating disorders, Dr. Benton takes a non-diet and Health at Every Size approach.
