Persis is a Registered Psychologist with a Master of Psychology (Forensic) obtained at the University of New South Wales.
Persis is a warm, empathic Clinician with over 15 years of experience assisting individuals with various clinical and psychosocial difficulties, to improve their lifestyle, relationships and well-being. Persis utilises strengths-based approaches in her clinical assessments, intervention planning, and therapy. She is passionate about delivering person-centered, evidence-based interventions that help adults build more purposeful and fulfilling lives, by enhancing their emotional management capabilities, problem-solving abilities and supporting individuals towards building resilience and skills to manage life areas that matter to them. Persis primarily utilises Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema-focussed Therapy and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)-based approaches.
Persis has a strong interest in forensic assessments and related behavioural interventions/management. She is a Medicare provider and a member of the Australian Association of Psychologists Inc.
Persis speaks fluent English and conversational Mandarin.
