Dr Paul Beaton is a health psychologist with years of experience assisting people of all ages to live healthy and happy lives even when they are faced with significant challenges. He takes a friendly and practical approach when working with people, to find what works best for each individual. His practice draws upon a range of evidence-based approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-based therapy, and Motivational Interviewing and has a particular expertise in dealing with persistent pain, depression, anxiety and chronic disease management.
