Grace graduated from Southern Cross University with a Bachelor of Health Science (Osteopathic Studies) and a Master of Osteopathic Medicine. As a dedicated and compassionate Osteopath, she focuses on improving the health and well-being of patients of all ages. Grace takes a holistic, patient-centered approach, treating the body as an interconnected whole and tailoring her treatments to support each individual’s healing process. She uses hands-on techniques to relieve pain, enhance functionality, and improve quality of life. Her methods include soft tissue massage, gentle joint movement, muscle energy techniques, myofascial release, and manipulation, along with kinesiology taping. Grace also emphasises patient education and management plans, encouraging them to take an active role in their health. Her specific interests include treating musculoskeletal conditions, sports injuries, managing chronic pain, and balancing the nervous system. Outside of her work, Grace enjoys health and fitness, travelling, and spending time outdoors.

DR Jennifer Browning

Osteopath

Jennifer has trained and practiced in all areas of osteopathy and treats a wide range of conditions using gentle structural techniques and cranial osteopathy. Jennifer has great experience and a passion for treating issues related to women’s health including pregnancy, postnatal care and treatment of babies and children. After graduating from the British School of Osteopathy Jennifer practiced in clinics within London and Northampton gaining valuable experience in both structural and cranial aspects of osteopathy before coming to live and work in Australia in 2008 where she worked in practices in Balmain, Leichhardt and Surry Hills. After spending 11 years in Sydney Jennifer and husband Matt relocated to Yamba with their 3 young children for a sea change and to be closer to family.

Dr Mark Pilkie

Osteopath

Mark graduated from Southern Cross University (SCU) in Lismore with a Master of Osteopathic Medicine and a Bachelor in Clinical Sciences. He also has a Diploma on Holistic Kinesiology. Mark initially worked in the construction industry. After suffering from numerous work and sports injuries he became intrigued about illness and injury and the body’s structural link that causes these issues. Mark travelled and worked overseas before returning home to study osteopathy in Lismore. He has spent the last 4 years working in osteopathic practices in the Illawarra and Western Sydney regions while being mentored by very experienced osteopaths. Mark his wife Emma-lani and 3 children have recently moved to the clarence valley region. Mark uses an array of osteopathic techniques to treat all types of acute and chronic conditions. He has a meticulous understanding of issues associated with back pain, lower limb problems and headaches. He takes pride in empowering patients with a thorough understanding of what is causing their condition and how they can improve themselves, including through exercise prescriptions related to pilates and yoga techniques. Mark has worked with clients who have pregnancy related problems, children and athletes of all ages as well as injured “weekend warriors”. Mark is accredited in dry needling and also is experienced in kinesio-taping, strapping, myofascial cupping and biodynamics cranial osteopathy. All consultations are one on one with Mark. Outside of the clinic, Mark enjoys surfing most mornings and spending time with his wife and three young children, going on adventures in their campervan.
