This includes the time from pre-conception, conception, pregnancy, birth and beyond (up to 8 years). I aim to support you with the complex adjustment, growth and transformation that occurs during this time of life. Services include mental health support for the perinatal period and beyond, birth debriefing, matrescence education and support, antenatal education, planning and preparation, lifestyle redesign, support with your adjustment to parenthood, parent coaching and parenting programs.
