Hilda is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian through Dietitians Australia association with over eight years of experience working in clinical and private practice, community nutrition, education, hospital settings, NDIS and aged care. Hilda holds a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics from Notre Dame University and is undertaking her Masters in Human Nutrition. Hilda is passionate about health, nutrition, and fitness and can assist clients in their journey to achieve their personalised nutritional goals. Hilda has a particular interest in gastroenterology nutrition, pre-diabetes, FODMAP, High cholesterol, CVD, weight loss and general nutrition advice. Hilda sees clients of all ages.

Kiarra Martindale

Dietitian

Kiarra Martindale, Accredited Practising Dietitian, BBiomedSc, MDiet, Lead Dietitian (APD) & Allied Health Manager for OSCAR Care Group. Kiarra Martindale is a Gut Health, IBS and FODMAP-trained Dietitian. She is a nationally recognised Aged Care Dietitian, Nutritionist and Presenter. Kiarra focuses on excellent patient-centred care and implementing food fortification strategies to reduce the rates of malnutrition. As a Senior Dietitian, Kiarra mentors many Dietitians and regularly educates in the field of Dietetics and Nutrition. She works with policies and procedures, menus, recipes and product development, while supporting a large team of Dietitians nationally. She has experience providing medical nutrition therapy and dietetic support within the community, clinical, sports, private practice and hospital sectors.

Peter Larose

Speech Pathologist

Peter is a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist with extensive experience supporting individuals across the lifespan. As a generalist clinician, he works with clients of all ages, helping them develop and enhance their communication and swallowing abilities to improve their quality of life. Peter holds a Master of Speech Pathology from the University of Queensland in Brisbane, Australia, and a Bachelor of Health Sciences from Mount Royal University in Calgary, Alberta. With a strong foundation in evidence-based practice, he has extensive experience in community and disability settings and has also gained valuable clinical exposure in hospitals and schools during his studies. His broad experience enables him to tailor therapy to each individual's unique needs and goals. Peter has a particular interest in working with individuals with neurological conditions, including multiple sclerosis (MS), Parkinson’s disease (PD), and stroke or brain injury. He is passionate about helping these clients regain communication skills, safely enjoy meaningful eating and drinking experiences, and actively participate in their communities. His experience includes supporting individuals with MS in maintaining their speech and swallowing function as the disease progresses, as well as assisting clients with PD in managing voice and articulation challenges through evidence-based interventions such as the SPEAK OUT! program. His approach is client- and family-centred, ensuring therapy is functional, engaging, and aligned with each person's aspirations. Peter believes in building strong, trusting relationships with his clients and their families, creating a supportive and encouraging environment for success. Outside of work, Peter enjoys spending time at the beach, playing guitar, and watching ice hockey. With his expertise, enthusiasm, and genuine passion for helping others, he is committed to empowering individuals to communicate with confidence and enjoy a fulfilling life.

Sabrina Chung

Speech Pathologist

Sabrina is a Certified Practicing Speech Pathologist, who graduated from La Trobe University with a Bachelor of Applied Science and Master of Speech Pathology. Sabrina has a particular interest in neurological conditions such as stroke, dementia and brain injuries and is passionate about improving the lives of adults with dysphagia and supporting individuals to communicate meaningfully with others. Sabrina also has previous experience working with neurodiverse individuals and is passionate about working on social skills with paediatric clients. In her spare time, Sabrina likes to bake, go for runs, and spend time with family, friends and her dog.

Ying Tse

Physiotherapist

Ying holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) at Monash University. Ying has experience working with musculoskeletal conditions, sports or work injuries, neck/ shoulder/ back pain, guidance on health and fitness, and rehabilitation post-surgeries. Ying also has an interest in women’s health, aquatic physiotherapy and pain science. Ying enjoys working with people of all ages and all backgrounds, from children up to older adults, and assisting people in improving and empowering them in getting back into what they enjoy the most. Dry Needling is available for in clinic sessions.
