I’m a dedicated psychologist with a robust background in psychology and a deep commitment to fostering the mental well-being of individuals, particularly young people. My extensive experience covers a broad spectrum of psychological issues, enabling me to effectively address diverse mental health challenges and offer personalised support to clients in a culturally sensitive and neurodivergent-affirming manner. I integrate a trauma-informed and intersectional framework into my practice. With a compassionate and empathetic approach, my focus is on helping clients navigate their emotional well-being, fostering positive growth, and achieving a high quality of care. I utilise a variety of modalities and collaborate with clients to choose the best approach, drawing from methods such as Narrative Therapy, Trauma-focused CBT, Internal Family Systems, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Complicated Grief Therapy, and Family Therapy. Registered with AHPRA and member of the Australian Association of Psychologists Inc and Australian Psychological Society.
