I am a licensed marriage and family therapist and clinical professional counsellor, as well as a hypnotherapist, educator and business consultant. I have had vast experience with a wide range of individuals, couples and family concerns. I have also provided counselling services to businesses. I have been on the board of three mental health organizations and have been a professor at the Adler School of Professional Psychology, the Chicago School of Professional Psychology, and other university settings. Here in Australia, I am practicing as a provisional psychologist until I am fully registered. Currently, I am only conducting Telehealth consultations.

Katalin Mezei

Psychologist

I am a General Psychologist now based in Brisbane, having completed my undergraduate and Master’s training in the United Kingdom. While in England, I spent time working in a variety of settings, including a general hospital, psychiatric hospital, prison and an aged-care facility. During my time in Australia, I have worked as a practice manager in a large private psychology practice with a focus on client triage. These experiences have enabled me to work across a diverse group of clients with a wide variety of concerns, supported by different multidisciplinary teams.

Peter Barta

Psychologist

Peter is a registered Psychologist with many years of experience working with both individuals, couples and organisations. He currently resides in Brisbane with his partner and has two 2 sons living in Melbourne. Peter enjoys kayaking, fishing, pickle ball and regularly attends gym. He is an ardent AFL follower but admits to slowly transitioning to the other code. Peter does work on Saturdays and is open to both individuals and couples. His approach is based on creating an environment and facilitating a process where clients gain skills that have potential life long applications. His approach is centrally focussed on the client’s needs, is solutions focussed and designed to help develop practical strategies that can be monitored over time. Following on from gaining his Psychology qualifications, Peter spent a number of years working for a number of corporate businesses holding a variety of management positions over that time. His real world, lived experience in business settings and an extensive individual client base has been gained through a practical application of psychological and therapy skills.

Sarah is a registered psychologist specialising in adult mental health and workplace wellbeing. She has extensive experience supporting diverse individuals, including first responders, their families, and early career professionals. With expertise in leadership development, burnout prevention, and employee wellbeing, she helps clients navigate career and life transitions. Sarah creates a safe, collaborative space for meaningful change, using evidence-based techniques and empathetic support. She tailors each therapeutic journey to individual needs, empowering clients to align their lives with their values.
