I am a Physio and the owner of One Physiotherapy Charlestown - A family ran practice we built to address the two major issues presenting most patients in their health care - A lack of support and an abundance on non-sense treatments. I am a local, growing up in Charlestown and studying at The University of Newcastle. I actually started my career as a remedial massage therapist, working alongside some great sports clubs such as The Newcastle Knights and Broadmeadow Magic. After graduating Physiotherapy I spent 5 years in the CrossFit, Yoga and Pilates communities, furthering my knowledge in both injury management and athletic performance. I then worked alongside some of Newcastles best Neurosurgeons as both a Triage Consultant and Physiotherapist. Gaining great experience in spine related issues and chronic pain management.
