I consider myself a professional but down to earth Psychologist who strives for my clients to feel heard, safe and respected in their sessions with me. My therapeutic aim is to empower my clients, and help them feel motivated to better manage those areas of their life that are challenging or problematic. I emphasise the importance of self awareness with my clients and believe that this is the foundation for change. I have a wide range of experience working with adolescents and adults from all walks of life. However my focus areas include: Trauma and PTSD, depression and mood disorders, anxiety, perinatal mental health and attachment parenting, domestic violence, familial stress or conflict, general stress management, and chronic pain.
