I bring a unique blend of creativity, insight, mindfulness and over 20 years of professional experience to my practise as a therapist to assist with the full range of emotional issues, including trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and personal fulfillment. I have a Masters in Counselling and I am a qualified life coach with training in Hakomi, Narrative, Solution Focused, and Yoga Therapy. My experience in assisting individuals to overcome the impacts of trauma has led me in the direction of understanding people as a whole beings and therefore not only working with people on a psychological level but to also work with the impacts of emotions on the body, the mind and the spirit. I love to assist people to access their true potential. I am currently available for consultations both in-clinic and online.
