Zoe is a registered Psychologist, having completed her Master of Educational and Developmental Psychology at Monash University. Zoe is dedicated to promoting positive mental health and wellbeing in youths, with a passion for working with children and adolescents. Zoe has experience working with a range of difficulties including anxiety, depression, OCD, emotional dysregulation, attachment issues, complex trauma, and neurodevelopmental diagnoses such as Autism and Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Zoe has prior experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in both educational settings and private practice. She is proficient in psychological assessment, intervention, and counselling and uses a variety of evidence-based frameworks including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness and play therapy. With a compassionate, client-centred, and neuro-affirming approach, Zoe collaborates closely with her clients to develop tailored interventions that meet their unique needs and goals. She is dedicated to providing high-quality care and support to help individuals and families thrive.
