She adapts her therapeutic style to suit the unique needs of each individual, helping clients navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, identity concerns, and emotional regulation.
Wendy is passionate about working with people from diverse cultural and neurodiverse backgrounds, including members of the LGBTIQ+ community. Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, she offers culturally sensitive care and a deep appreciation for the varied contexts that shape an individual’s experience.
She works with adults and late adolescents, and is particularly interested in how early emotional experiences and relational patterns influence current wellbeing. Wendy’s approach is grounded in empathy, insight, and a belief in each person’s capacity for growth and meaningful change.
