When Vinci has the opportunities to explore the meaning of life a bit more, she realises that it might be related to her observant and think-before-talk nature. In the past 11 years, Vinci has been supporting individuals in multidisciplinary and multicultural settings through the promotion of equity in areas of life such as wellbeing and mental health. Vinci is passionate about supporting individuals of all backgrounds through a strength-based perspective and person-centred approach. Besides these main approaches, Vinci likes to ‘top therapy up’ by using approaches which are tailored to individual situations.
