Tialara (she/her) is a dedicated Psychologist with a passion for helping people overcome sleep difficulties, including insomnia, trouble falling or staying asleep, sleep anxiety, and nightmares. She is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), the gold-standard treatment that works for 80% of individuals struggling with sleep issues. If you’re experiencing sleep challenges, Tialara is confident she can help you regain restful and restorative sleep.
With a trauma-informed, client-centered approach, Tialara tailors treatment to fit your unique needs. Tialara employs a drip-feed approach, introducing effective strategies gradually rather than overwhelming clients with too much at once. This ensures that each step is manageable and sustainable, leading to long-term success. If a particular strategy isn’t working, she will work collaboratively with you to adjust and find the right path forward. She is also passionate about helping clients build their own ‘toolbox’ of coping strategies, empowering them to eventually feel confident in managing their challenges independently. Her goal is not just to provide short-term relief but to equip clients with the skills they need to navigate life beyond therapy.
In addition to sleep concerns, she supports clients facing depression, anxiety, stress, burnout, trauma, interpersonal difficulties, neurodivergent experiences, and gender and sexuality identity.
Tialara is committed to offering a warm, inclusive, and affirming therapeutic space for all, with a special focus on supporting LGBTQIA+ individuals. She draws from a range of evidence-based modalities, including CBT, CBT-I, Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness. Her goal is to equip clients with the skills and confidence to improve their well-being and achieve lasting positive change.
