Overview
Founder of Reach Life. Mental health occupational therapist graduated in 1997 with postgraduate endorsements in focused psychological strategies enabling rebates via Better Access to mental health care via Medicare. Frameworks include EMDR, Schema Therapy, DBT, CBT, ACT and Somatic Psychotherapy. I have a special interest in PTSD, perinatal and postnatal mental health, complex childhood trauma, grief and loss. I work with clients across the lifespan.
