Overview

Shaznin is a clinical psychologist who has worked with a range of clients across the lifespan and from diverse backgrounds. She has worked in private clinics, acute hospital settings and aged care. Shaznin has a gentle, empathic manner and likes to ensure that her clients feel a sense of authentic support. She has a special interest in working with clients who present with grief, adjustment, trauma, burnout, anxiety and depression. She also has a particular interest in providing therapy and a safe space to discuss cross cultural challenges such as migration, racism, adjustment, navigating cultural identity and unlearning generational trauma patterns. Shaznin has completed a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology. She is registered with the Psychology Board of Australia as a Psychologist with a Clinical Psychology Endorsement, and is a Medicare provider.
