I take a holistic, compassionate approach, recognizing that healing isn’t just about the mind—it’s about the mind-body connection. Trauma, stress, and painful emotions often manifest physically, which is why I incorporate somatic awareness and evidence-based therapeutic practices to support your journey toward integration, resilience, and lasting change.
I work with adults and young people (16+) who are struggling with:

Using a blend of Person-Centred Therapy, Somatic Psychotherapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Attachment Theory, and Motivational Interviewing, I tailor therapy to your unique needs. I also lead a Trauma-Informed Yoga program within a youth detox unit, helping individuals reconnect with their bodies in a safe and empowering way.
