Working with Couples and Individuals, I have found that experiencing disconnection in personal, family and social relationships - an angry or cruel word, a cold shoulder or turning away, we feel pain just like a physical injury, it really hurts. I provide a safe, confidential and non blaming environment while supporting you to build safe and secure connections with loved ones and other important relationships, including yourself. Safe and secure connections with others can have a profound positive impact in all areas of your life. Since 2009 I have lived and practiced Counselling and Psychotherapy in 4 dynamic countries; Australia, Malaysia, Switzerland and Korea. I am experienced working with diverse cultural, ethnic, racial, religious and economic groups. Through these experiences I have become better equipped to relate to and counsel individuals & couples dealing with life changes and challenges. Throughout my journey I have gained extensive experience working with symptoms related to traumatic events and other psychological stressors such as depression, anxiety, suicidality, psychosomatics, post traumatic stress and PTSD. I have a special interest in working with Expatriates, Adult Third Culture Kids (ATCKs), Third Culture Adults (TCAs) and Third Culture Kids (TCKs).
