I am a bilingual (English and Thai) clinical psychologist passionate about helping individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds navigate and overcome their challenges.
I have previously worked in a long-stay hospital and community mental health settings, often addressing complex cases. I recognise the profound influence of culture and life experiences in shaping our identities, and I value the collaborative process of working with clients on issues such as self-esteem, anxiety, depression, personality vulnerabilities, traumas, and substance use.
My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, primarily utilising Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy (ST), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). I also integrate elements of Mindfulness and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) into my work, ensuring a holistic and tailored approach to each client’s needs.
My practice is evidence-based and I operate mainly out of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing (MI) frameworks. I also incorporate elements of Mindfulness, and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) into my practice as well.
