Welcome to Knots Begone Remedial Massage. Michelle is a fully qualified Remedial Massage Therapist. She continually undertake courses every year to expand her knowledge within the massage field. Massage is not just a treatment but an experience for the client. Michelle will use the different modalities she have learnt over the years during your session - myofascial cupping, hot stones, hot & cold crystal stones, Chapmans Reflex with these always being expanded upon each year. All clients are required to complete an intake form prior to their first appointment. At the first appointment Michelle will go through this form with you and provide you with a treatment plan. Michelle became a Massage Therapist after being a Personal Trainer for several years as well as a competitive Powerlifter since 2014. She has represented Australia twice in 2014 in Melbourne and 2015 in Vancouver as a Masters 1 lifter. Her passion for the sport shows through in all aspect of her life. Michelle has recently added another qualification to her skill set and is now a Stone Eagle Facilitator. If you would like to learn different hot stone modalities, please get in touch. If you own a clinic or day spa and would like some training for your staff, Michelle is able to arrange that with training on your premises. Knots Begone RM has moved back to a home based clinic.
