Welcome and congratulations on taking this first step – it isn’t always an easy one! I can’t wait to meet you and hear your story. There isn’t a ‘one-size-fits-all’ in therapy, and the connection you have with your therapist is so important. I’m an experienced Counselling Psychologist (in other words, a registered psychologist with additional training in the specialization of Counselling Psychology). I prioritize the therapeutic connection we build with one another, and use this foundation to support you in creating meaningful change in your life. What might be unique about therapy with me? Well, for one, I am extremely passionate about your brain! Together, we can come to understand how it works, why it functions the way it does, and even shift how its wired. Therapy will be guided by what YOU want to get out of it, and the tools I share with you will be aligned with that.
