Lauren (she/her) is an engaging and caring psychologist who works with adults across a range of mental health settings. She has experience working with individuals with anxiety, depression, substance use issues, trauma, interpersonal and relationship difficulties, LGBTQIA+ related concerns, and distress related to medical conditions. Lauren works collaboratively with clients and provides a safe space for the expression of their authentic selves.
Lauren incorporates a Psychodynamic approach to therapy and draws on her training in Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP). Lauren also incorporates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness.
Lauren is a registered Psychologist and member of the Australian Psychological Society. She has Masters level training in Clinical Psychology from the University of Melbourne. Lauren is also a trained Lawyer, completing a Bachelor of Arts and Laws at Monash University.
