Kirsten supports clients 16 years and above, with a particular passion for youth mental health. Her approach is collaborative, empowering clients to lead their therapy and strengthen their confidence, assertiveness, and self-awareness.
Kirsten excels in complex case management, crisis intervention, occupational assessment, and recovery-oriented therapy. With experience in diverse settings including NSW Health, the Australian Defence Force, and community organizations, she supports individuals dealing with a range of challenges including anxiety, OCD, mood disorders, psychotic disorders, personality disorders, and neurodevelopmental disorders such as autism and ADHD. Additionally, she has a growing interest in sports and performance psychology.
