Judith is a registered psychologist with a specialisation in Organisational Psychology. She has been practicing psychology for the past 15 years and has gained extensive experience working in clinical and corporate settings.
Having worked with a diverse range of issues and clients Judith has developed skills in a broad range of therapeutic approaches helping individuals and couples with psychological issues affecting both their professional and personal life.
Outside of LifeConnect Judith also gained invaluable corporate experience working with numerous large organisations. This allows her to bring a depth of knowledge to the practice, in particular to career-related counselling and therapy for issues such as work stress and anxiety and work-life balance.
Judith is a warm and compassionate therapist, with a keen genuine interest in and concern for her clients, and a fine sensitivity to their needs.
Her specific areas o interest (despite the field of organisational psychology) lie with understanding and working with attachment and relational issues. She is currently completing her training in the Gottman Method for Couples Therapy.
