I began my journey as a microbiologist, drawn to the fascinating world of microbial life. From there, I worked as a medical researcher and laboratory manager, focusing on brain development and early neurogenesis.
My passion for translating scientific discoveries into tangible real-world benefits often clashed with the medical industry’s focus on cures over prevention. This frustration inspired me to return to university and retrain as an Accredited Practicing Dietitian (APD).
Now, I bridge the gap between science and health by working directly with clients to make a meaningful, preventative impact on their wellbeing.
