Whether you're dealing with stress, anxiety, emotional challenges, or simply wanting to improve your overall wellbeing, my fundamental goal as a clinician is to be able to provide a warm, non-judgmental and safe space. I love working with individuals from different walks of life and it is extremely rewarding to help individuals create meaningful changes in their lives. I have a particular interest in working with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, personality disorders, trauma, psychosis, and drug and alcohol use.
