I am a licensed clinical psychotherapist and professional counsellor who specialises in providing effective therapeutic support for teens and adults impacted by anxiety and related issues, including trauma, depression, behavioural and relationship concerns. Severe anxiety and the challenges of modern life can disrupt work and academic study, cause social and family stress, induce physical symptoms and are linked to depression and other mental health conditions. If you are are experiencing problematic anxiety or other life issues are holding you back, I can help you to improve your psychological well-being, alleviate symptoms, learn to navigate life's challenges and build resilience so you can do what matters most to you in your life.
Seeking therapeutic support can be daunting, especially when you're feeling vulnerable or during times of crisis. I welcome clients from all backgrounds and offer them a kind, empathic service. I value the complex attributes each client brings to therapy and work collaboratively with them to tailor treatments that meet their unique requirements. In addition to helping people manage their anxiety and related mental health concerns, I contribute to the learning of future counsellors as a University educator.
