Claire is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) and Accredited Nutritionist (AN) with special interests in the area of preventative nutrition, oncology and gastrointestinal disorders including Irritable Bowel Syndrome and Inflammatory Bowel Disease. She dedicates her time to supporting clients through her nutrition practice, Four Seasons Dietetics, and serves as a Clinical Dietitian at Sydney Adventist Hospital.
Claire believes that optimal health requires a holistic and constantly evolving approach. She understands that each individual's nutrition requirements are unique, influenced by genetics, life stage, goals, and the environment. To provide the best care possible, Claire combines evidence-based knowledge with a patient-centred approach, delivering tailored and holistic care plans.
