Ms Christine Ellingworth Psychologist

As a psychologist and counsellor for the past 18 years Christine’s focus is on providing best practice as a Trauma Psychologist. Christine’s experience has included working in Private practice and EAPs with individuals, couples, families, groups and training in mental health, industry, corporate, government, health, welfare, education and emergency service settings. Christine will work collaboratively with you using her knowledge base to support you in finding solutions for any difficulties or concerns you wish to explore. Counselling approaches include Cognitive Behavioural Techniques, Brief Solutions Techniques, Schema therapy, Trauma focused and resilience techniques. Christine provides resources for Psycho-social wellbeing.
