I am a passionate Neuroaffirming psychologist who enjoys working with Neurodivergent adults. I also have lived experience and training in spousal affiliation with the ADF and treatment of trauma/ ADF related experiences for defence members and clients affiliated with a defence member. I have experience across a broad range of mental health presentations (mood disorders, personality disorders, occupational rehabilitation, ADF personnel, trauma, neurodiversity) and diverse groups of people. My preferred modalities of treatment/interventions are; Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy (ST), Eye-Movement, Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) and somatic based therapies however I do integrate other therapeutic theory and intervention (IFS, ACT etc.) depending on the specific needs and situation of the client. I have recent training and supervision through ADHD/Autism assessment in adult women, AFAB and female identifying clients and look forward to pursuing this path in the future.
