Are you struggling with uncomfortable feelings, thoughts and emotions and need some support? I provide a safe and non-judgmental space where you will feel supported in sharing your concerns and distress. I am passionate about assisting you with exploring and clarifying long term patterns of behaviour that create distress in your relationships and are interfering with your sense of wellbeing, staying mentally well and living an integrated way in a conscious and fulfilling life. Whatever your struggle, it’s OK to seek help and I feel privileged to help you take that first step to create the life you wish for.
