Ms Anna Hames (She/her)Psychologist

Anna is an experienced psychologist and board approved supervisor. She has worked across a variety of clinical settings including sub-acute hospital environments and comprehensive Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) centres. Anna is dedicated to ongoing learning to provide treatment that is neurodiverse affirming, LGBTIQA+ inclusive, and sex positive. She is aligned with Health At Every Size principles, and believes that people should be treated with care and respect regardless of their identity, body shape, size or health status. Anna works with adults with a variety of mental health presentations. She offers personalised support tailored to each client's specific needs, drawing from her expertise in therapies such as DBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), and more. Sessions with Anna blend compassion and challenge, aiming to empower you in your journey.
