Overview

Hi, I’m Anika, a trauma-informed, ACA-registered counsellor offering a supportive space to help you navigate life’s challenges. Life can feel overwhelming—whether you’re facing anxiety, coping with loss, or feeling disconnected from yourself. Facing these difficulties alone can be daunting, but I’m here to support you. Together, we can explore your emotions and uncover practical ways to move forward. As an experienced integrative counsellor, I’m trained in more than one therapeutic modality, combining traditional psychotherapeutic theories with cutting edge, evidence-based techniques. I have a particular passion for working with: ✿ Individuals experiencing anxiety ✿ Those navigating grief and loss ✿ Anyone looking to improve their self-esteem ✿ People from underrepresented or marginalised communities ✿ Clients with intercultural or mixed-identity backgrounds Starting therapy can feel like a big step, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. A strong connection between therapist and client is at the core of meaningful work, and it’s important that you feel comfortable and supported. I offer a free 20-minute introductory call so we can discuss what you’re looking for and see if we’re the right fit before beginning sessions. I provide face-to-face sessions in Deniliquin and online sessions across Australia, offering flexible support tailored to your unique needs. My session fee is $170 AUD for a 60-minute session. A sliding scale is available for those who are unable to afford my regular fee structure. To learn more about me visit my website: www.anikabulltherapy.com
