Overview
I have been working in the arena of psychotherapy and mental health since 2005 in a range of settings with private practice and a NFP organisation in the fields of unemployment, disability and mental health services. My passion is assisting clients reach their potential, maintain good mental health, growth in self-confidence, empowerment and self-worth. I also work with anxiety management & depression.
