Overview

Burnout Psychology Support extends a compassionate haven for adults navigating the overwhelming depths of burnout. It is a refuge for those actively seeking answers and support to forge a path out of the chronic stress induced by either their professional, personal circumstances, or both. This struggle is a terrain Burnout Psychology Support psychologist, Shannon Swales intimately understands, having experienced burnout in February 2021, which not only jeopardised her ability to work as a psychologist but also prompted a significant shift from caring for others to prioritising self-care. A journey that took over two years and continues today. This imperfect yet profound transformation has propelled her to the state of wellness where she stands today, re-entering her vocation with a newfound equilibrium in caring for others and self, with a desire to help others find the same sustainability and ability to thrive in their lives at work and everywhere else.
