Rachael Vishram is a Senior Clinical Psychologist who works in Brisbane’s inner west. She has over 10 years’ experience in helping individuals achieve their values-based life goals. She has extensive experience specifically in improving individuals’ health behaviours, particularly eating, for weight management and health outcomes. She works primarily within the Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) approach to achieve behaviour change, but also uses Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) as well as various other psychological approaches.
