Registered counsellor providing a safe and nurturing space for people to self heal, disentangle and come back home to themself through holistic counselling, trauma informed yoga therapy, meditation and breath work. I use a person centred approach in my sessions, helping clients to access their own inner wisdom and capacity to heal, ask well as offering guidance in developing tools for self regulation and managing stress.
