Lauren Barrett is a registered psychologist and the director of Regenerative Psychology. With extensive experience in trauma, eating disorders, borderline personality disorder, and chronic pain, Lauren provides evidence-based therapy tailored to individuals in regional, rural, and remote communities. She integrates modalities such as EMDR, DBT, CBT-E, and trauma-informed approaches to support adults facing life transitions, interpersonal stressors, and neurodivergent challenges. Passionate about accessibility and innovation in mental health care, Lauren also offers Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) through Rural Mind Matters, as well as psychoeducation services and online courses.
