With a Master in Counselling and ongoing professional development, Carine offers support based on current research and best practice. She uses a blend of evidence-based approaches and has experience in building resilience, supporting people with ASD and ADHD, emotional and behavioural dysregulation, stress management, anxiety, depression, addiction, parenting, grief and loss as well as transition and adjustment issues.
Recognising the importance of accessibility, Carine offers flexible appointment times and can accommodate both in-person and online sessions. This commitment ensures that everyone in the community has the opportunity to prioritise their mental health.
