Calley is a registered psychologist who has experience working with children as well as adults with a wide range of difficulties including; stress and coping, anxiety, and depression. She also has experience in assessing for intellectual/cognitive difficulties.
Calley’s formal qualifications include a Bachelor of Science (Psychology) from the University of Melbourne, and a Masters degree in Professional Psychology from the Australian Catholic University.
Calley prides herself on tailoring sessions to meet the needs of the client and working in a collaborative way with clients to empower them to be in control of their own journey through the therapeutic process.
She also endeavours to focus on clients’ strengths and support them to develop their skillset to manage difficulties they encounter in their day-to-day environment.
When working with clients Calley may draw on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Solution-Orientated Therapy, and Mindfulness techniques.
